ROADS TO RELATIONSHIPS
MENTORING PROGRAM
Mentors are an essential part of our program and provide the foundations that help our youth navigate the complexities of living independently as young adults. Often youth have experienced four or more placement changes, as well as a variety of adults moving in and out of their lives, so our mentors work hard to maintain connections over a long period of time. Our goal is for each Mentor and Youth Participant to bond and form a genuine relationship with each other. Our Mentoring Program Director works diligently to pair up our participants based on personalities, interests, and preferences of both individuals.
