Inner Circle: Find Your Way Home is a THP-NMD Licensed Facility

The Transitional Housing Placement Program for Non-Minor Dependents (THP-NMD), formerly known as Transitional Housing Placement Plus Foster Care (THP+FC), is a licensed placement for youth, ages 18-21 who are participating in extended foster care, which was established by Assembly Bill 12, the California Fostering Connections to Success Act.
THP-NMD is modeled after the THP-Plus Program, and provides housing and comprehensive supportive services. As a THP-NMD provider, Inner Circle is certified by county departments of social services and licensed as Transitional Housing Placement Providers by the Community Care Licensing (CCL) Division of the California Department of Social Services.
Pictures of Our Residences
Our clients reside in apartments or houses throughout Sacramento and El Dorado Counties, where he/she lives with another Inner Circle client. All clients meet weekly with an Inner Circle: Find Your Way Home Caseworker. All housing models are completely furnished with paid utilities. Youth also receive a monthly stipend for daily living expenses.
Basic Eligibility Requirements:
Youth meet at least ONE of the following participation criteria: 1) Working toward completion of high school or equivalent program (e.g. GED); OR 2) Enrolled in college, community college or a vocational education program; OR 3) Employed at least 80 hours a month; OR 4) Participating in a program designed to assist in gaining employment; OR 5) Unable to do one of the above requirements because of a medical condition.
