Too many young people age out of foster care without the basic connections most of us take for granted. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that seeks to change the trajectory of one of our society's most vulnerable populations by empowering youth aging out of foster care to become self-sufficient young adults.
We feel called to fill in the gap created when youth age out of the foster care system by providing wrap around services that include housing, job search assistance, GED prep/testing, college entrance/FAFSA assistance, life skills development, financial planning and mentoring.

We need your support to continue growing our facility and adding more support networks for our youth. We also need your help in providing the much needed financial means required to acquire safe, stable housing. All donations are tax deductible!
We need volunteers who are enthusiastic about mentoring young people and helping them navigate the entry into young adulthood. We also need volunteers to work in our Resource Center tutoring in general education subjects.
